Cookies for evaluation (tracking cookies)
In addition to the use of technical cookies, tracking cookies are used on this website. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. However, these collect and store data only in pseudonymous form. They are not used to identify you personally and are not merged with data about the bearer of the pseudonym. We use this information to determine the attractiveness of our website and to continuously improve its content.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the data pro-cessing until the revocation remains unaffected.
You can adjust the cookie settings at any time.
Individual information about the cookies and analysis services used as well as the purpose and legal basis of the data processing are further described in detail in the privacy policy.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter “Google”), which uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. Cookies generally transmit the infor-mation generated about your use of this website to a Google server in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). However, as this website uses IP anonymisation, your IP address will be truncated by Google beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agree-ment on the European Economic Area.
In exceptional cases, the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services to the website operator in connection with website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
Data is only collected within the scope of this service after you have given your express consent. The legal basis for this is § 25 (1) TTDSG. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing until the revocation remains unaffected.
The purpose of the collection is to evaluate the use of our website. Furthermore, the use of Google Analytics enables us to create reports on website activities and thus improve our Internet presence in addition to us, Google is the recipient of the data.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our recording purposes. You can stop the collection of your data by Google Analytics at any time, even after giving your consent.
The transfer of data by Google to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses, details of which can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/. You can find further infor-mation at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
Google Tag Manager
Our website uses the Google Tag Manager, a service of Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter “Google”). This allows us to manage website tags via an interface. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.
This data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (1) lit. a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, provided that the consent in the sense of the TTDSG relates to the setting of cookies or access to In-formation on your terminal device. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the data processing until the revocation remains unaffected.
There is a possibility that personal data will be transferred to Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Moun-tain View, CA 94043, USA) in the course of using this Google service. For more information about the collection and processing of your data by Google and your rights in this regard, please refer to Google’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps to visually display geographical information (maps). Google Maps is operated by Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter: “Google”). This enables us to make it easier for you to find us or to point out specific locations.
Google is therefore also to be named as the recipient of the data. When Google Maps is used, information about the use of our website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information collected and transmitted includes your IP address and your location, if the settings of your terminal device allow location. When Google Maps is activated, Google Fonts fonts are loaded into your browser cache in order to display relevant texts and fonts as intended.
This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (1) lit. a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent within the meaning of the TTDSG relates to the setting of cookies or access to information on your terminal device. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing until the revocation remains unaffected.
In this processing, the cooperation with Google takes place on the basis of a joint responsibility agreement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR. This can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
The transfer of data to the USA is associated with risks under data protection law. If you do not wish the data to be transferred, you can deactivate your consent in the cookie settings. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display.
More information about the collection and processing of your data by Google as well as your data subject rights in this regard can be found in Google’s privacy policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/?hl=en as well as in the additional terms of use for Google Maps or Google Earth at https://www.google.com/intl/en_en/help/terms_maps.html
Google reCAPTCHA
This website uses the Google reCAPTCHA service, operated by Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter: “Google”), which protects the website from spam and abuse.
The reCAPTCHA service is intended to prevent abusive activities from being carried out by automated software on the website. This is ensured by checking whether the input actually comes from a natural person.
For the verification, data such as the address of the page on which the captcha is used, the IP address of the user, the input behavior of the user (e.g. answering the reCAPTCHA question, input speed in the form fields, the order of selection of the input fields, etc.) as well as browser, browser size and resolution, browser plug-ins, date, language setting, the display instructions (CSS) and scripts (Ja-vaScript) of the website and the mouse or touch events within the website are collected and processed. If the user of the website is logged into Google, the Google account is also recognized and assigned. Cookies from other Google services such as Gmail, Search and Analytics are also read by Google in this case. Data that is collected and stored as part of the use of Google reCAPTCHA is sent to Google in encrypted form. Whether the captcha is displayed in the form of a checkbox or by text entry on the page is decided by the subsequent evaluation by Google. A readout or storage of personal data from the input fields of the respective form does not take place.
The legal basis for the use of reCAPTCHA is Art. 6 (1) (1) lit. a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the con-sent within the meaning of the TTDSG relates to the setting of cookies or access to In-formation on your termi-nal device. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing until the revocation remains unaffected. The data will be deleted as soon as you leave our website.
There is a possibility that personal data will be transferred to Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Moun-tain View, CA 94043, USA) in the course of using this Google service. More information about the collection and processing of your data by Google and your rights in this regard can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
